LESP led a project that consisted on developing a method for organizational management of indicators and sustainability reporting in an autonomous, agile and effective way at Alegra Foods. The project also comprised implementing workshops for training, knowledge and expertise sharing on sustainability reporting, besides developing necessary abilities for data treatment, implementing the method and promoting innovation on sustainability reporting management. The results were used in the 2017 Sustainability Report of Alegra Foods.
